Mobile Registration and Employment Fair, July 26-Aug. 3

Looking for a job in an amazing school district?
We are hitting the road and bringing the district to you!
Visit our registration and human resources teams at one of our stops throughout the community from Monday, July 26, through Tuesday, August 3.
At each stop:
- Our registration team will be on hand to assist families in completing online registration for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.
- Our human resources team will take applications and conduct on-the-spot interviews for a variety of district jobs, including paraprofessional, transportation and food/nutrition positions.
- Computers with internet access will be provided – and we even have a few treats in store!
- NOTE: A Marshallese interpreter will be available at each stop.

Tuesday, July 27, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Dubuque County Fair (Admission to the Dubuque County Fair is FREE this day!)

Sports Check-Ins will be done in the Activities Office.
Collection of required participation forms (Completely filled out and signed)
4-page Required Athletic Participation Forms (senior.dbqschools.org/Athletics)
Required ImPACT Concussion Test Consent Form (senior.dbqschools.org/Athletics)
** The ImPACT Concussion Testing will be done at a later date – you will be notified if you need to take/retake the test.
The Check-In schedule is as follows:
FOOTBALL Monday, August 2 ALL LEVELS 8:00 a.m.
CHEERLEADERS Monday, August 2 All 11:00 a.m.
CROSS COUNTRY Tuesday, August 3 Women 8:30 a.m.
CROSS COUNTRY Wednesday, August 4 Men 8:30 a.m.
VOLLEYBALL Wednesday, August 4 All 8:00 a.m.
MEN’S GOLF Thursday, August 5 All 9:00 a.m.
WOMEN’S SWIMMING Thursday, August 5 All 9:45 a.m.
If you are planning to participate in a fall sport, please report at the times listed. Have physical forms, concussion form, and student information section, all completely filled out and signed. NO ONE will be allowed to practice until the completed forms have been turned in to the Activity Office secretary either at the check-in date or in the Activities Office before the first practice. NO EXCEPTIONS! The physical will be kept on file in the office for one year.
