Educational Foundation

Requests to the Dubuque Senior Educational Foundation may be made at any time during the year.

A couple of reminders…

1. Request should be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
2. Please be sure to secure approval from Brian Howes prior to submitting your request.
3. The Educational Foundation meets on the 3rd Monday of the month and requests are reviewed at their monthly meetings.
4. Be sure to read the information at the beginning of the form for request guidelines.
